From the Chair

Hello and Welcome from the Association / Nonprofit Section of PRSA!
As Chair of the Association/Nonprofit Section, I'm excited to connect with you as we kick off 2026. This year is all about strengthening the relationships that make our section valuable: helping members tap into our collective expertise and build the kind of professional connections that actually matter.
I see my role as creating space for members to connect with each other, not directing everything from the top. Our section works because we share what we know and support one another through the specific challenges of association and nonprofit communications. Whether you're stuck on a campaign strategy, curious about what's working for others, or just want to talk with people who get it, this community is here.
Our executive committee is planning great programming this year: webinars, networking opportunities, and our annual conference. We're still finalizing some details, but I'm genuinely excited about what we have in the works and will share more as things come together.
I love connecting members with opportunities and resources, so don't hesitate to reach out if you want to get more involved or you're looking for something specific. Have an idea? Want to meet others working on similar projects? Just send me a message. I'd love to hear from you.
Be sure to join and engage with us on Facebook, LinkedIn, and MyPRSA. I hope to see you at one of our upcoming events!
